Refund Policy

Effective Date: [01/01/2025]

At Studio Ru-Ro, I aim to offer flexible and fair policies that respect your time and mine. This policy covers cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for training and design services.




Training Sessions (Online & In-Person)

Cancellations & Rescheduling:

You may reschedule or cancel a session up to 48 hours in advance at no charge.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled start time will be refunded at 50% of the total fee.

Same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.


Rescheduling:

Sessions may be rescheduled once without penalty if requested at least 48 hours in advance.

Further changes may be subject to a small admin fee.



Design Services

Due to the custom nature of design work, refunds are limited:

If work has not yet started, a full refund may be provided upon request.

If work has begun, any refund will be partial and based on the time spent to date.

If a deposit or retainer has been paid, this is non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.



Digital Products / Downloads
 

Due to the nature of digital products (e.g., templates, training guides), no refunds are offered once a file has been downloaded or accessed.
